Our laws guarantee basic rights and protections for all of us – not just those who can afford legal counsel.

NLSA provides civil legal assistance to vulnerable and low-income individuals and families in our region who otherwise could not afford legal help. Yet, NLSA only has the financial resources to help a fraction of those in need. Your volunteer support and financial assistance to NLSA helps our neighbors in crisis return to safe, productive lives.

NLSA works diligently to raise funds to support programs and services for those who have nowhere else to turn for help. There are many ways you can help bridge the justice gap in our community by supporting NLSA's resource development efforts.

Your Financial Investment Helps To:

  • Provide direct legal assistance to over 20,000 individuals and families each year;
  • Assist thousands of individuals with self help materials, classes and websites;
  • Connect private lawyers and low-income clients through legal aid's many pro bono programs;
  • Secure public funding and foundation support to help maintain the integrity of our justice system.

There are many ways you can help bridge the justice gap in our community by supporting NLSA's resource development efforts. Show your support today!
