NLSA does not sell or release any private information of visitors to its site to any third party. However, NLSA is required by some of its funding sources to provide information on the number of hits and page views of its website to the funding sources. No personal information of visitors is disclosed in this reporting.

Additionally, any email sent to anyone at NLSA is not sent through a secure medium at this time. Therefore, NLSA recommends that you do not send any private or confidential information via email. NLSA does notrespond to email which requests legal advice.

Any information that NLSA collects in the forms on its website are for the use of NLSA and are not disclosed to third parties unless the visitor is registering for a CLE seminar. As a CLE provider, NLSA must provide the names and PA Supreme Court ID numbers of attendees to the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board so that attendees can receive credit for the seminar.
